Terms and Conditions ("Terms")

  These Terms govern your use of the mobile applications published by Bao Chau Do ("we", "us", "our"). By using any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms.

  License. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's standard licensed-application terms.

  Subscriptions. Some Apps offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Where offered, pricing and any free-trial terms are shown in the App before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.
  Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase.

  AI features. Some Apps use AI to process content you provide. When you use such a feature, the content you select is sent to a third-party AI provider to generate your result, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your content is not used to train AI models.

  Acceptable use. You may upload only content that you own or have the right to use, and — for features that process faces or people — only images of adults (18 or older). You agree not to use the Apps for unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful purposes. We may block content or processing that violates these Terms.

  Disclaimer. The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results may vary and are provided for personal use.

  Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Apps.

  Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
